  • You may call 856-904-0154 anytime to check on your pet. We will respond to your call as soon as possible.

  • Confirm reservation in person or on the phone, we cannot accept a message left as a reservation.

  • If you need to extend your time away, we will only accept extensions by direct confirmation. No phone messages please.

  • Please remember to call upon your return. It is important that we know you have returned safely and your pets are now in your care and to avoid an unnecessary visit and additional service charge.

  • Morning visits are scheduled between 7 - 9:30am, midday visits between 1:30-4pm, evening visits between 7-9pm. If there is a need to schedule a specific time for your pet, arrangements will be made.

In the Company of Animals, the owners and all employees of In the Company of Animals will not be responsible for:

  1. Damage to carpets, rugs, floors, plants or lawns caused by client's pets' urinating, spraying or defecating on same. Every reasonable effort will be made to clean up messes caused by clients' pets that are found by the pet sitter with cleaning materials made available by the client.

  2. Sickness, injury, loss or death of clients' pets through non negligence of pet sitter. In the Company of Animals will follow the directions of a consulting Veterinarian should pet(s) become sick or injured. The maximum monetary liability that In the Company of Animals will assume will be the replacement value of the pet only.

  3. The condition or security of fences, doors, gates and other areas that pets are confined to. Clients should insure that confinement area is secure and safe for pets. In the Company of Animals will make every reasonable effort to locate a lost or missing pet.

  4. The condition of leashes or collars used in walking pets. Clients should ensure such equipment is in serviceable condition. In the company of Animals will make every reasonable effort to locate a lost or missing pet.

  5. Plants, trees, and lawns that wilt, brown or die due to conditions beyond the directions supplied by the client. Watering of plants will be accomplished on in the manner client has so directed.
